Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making for a cozy retreat for my travel companions and me. However, some aspects fell short of our expectations during our time at the Saki Suit that is capable of accommodating 3 guests.
I arrived early at 12 pm, and they kindly let me check-in even though I wasn't due until 3 pm. However, the room's air conditioning wasn't working, which made it hard to relax. The cleanliness was also lacking, and some doors were slightly damaged. Once I raised these issues, they promptly changed my room.
I couldn't get over how amazing the rooms were with a little garden/balcony; it was just wow, loved everything about it. However, the high cost of 35 euros for breakfast was a downside, even though it was absolutely beautiful.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spot on, but mine overlooked a parking lot and was directly next to another hotel. The service was top-notch, with the staff always going the extra mile, especially Damien. The location was convenient but not central to main attractions. The dining options were poor, and the facilities were lacking.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were beautiful, but unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn't working during my stay. Despite that, the service was top-notch, especially Damien, who went the extra mile. The location was perfect, situated next to a train station. Dining was a bit underwhelming, and the price seemed a bit steep for what was offered.
Upon arrival at 12, much earlier than expected, they allowed us to check into our rooms, which was really nice. The rooms weren't particularly clean, and some doors were a bit damaged, but the hotel staff promptly changed our rooms, and the new ones were absolutely beautiful. Everything about them was just. . wow, I loved it!
The hotel was spacious enough for two people and comfortable with modern amenities and great views. However, the initial cleanliness was a bit lacking, and there were some door issues that required room changes.
Upon arrival for my husband's birthday, I found the rooms weren't particularly clean. It was hard to enjoy due to the non-functioning air conditioning, yet the wrap-around windows offered a nice touch.
